Ashleigh Rich

Ashleigh and her family have called Wilmington home for 20 years and can't imagine living anywhere else! Thanks to her ability to connect with everyone she meets, her incredible attention to detail, eye for design, and knowledge of the Wilmington area, Ashleigh has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client's expectations.

Originally from Palm Beach, Florida, Ashleigh developed an early love for real estate from her father. Ashleigh went on to attend the College of Charleston as a fine art major and established a career in fine art, antiques, and interior design. Her experience, love of design and outgoing personality naturally led her to a career in real estate.

Ashleigh is married to Bryan and together they have a teenage daughter. With Duke, their Jack Russell Terrier in tow, they can usually be found out on the boat enjoying the beautiful waters.
